Arlington South Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. Dr. Larae Mason is a 2006 graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  She has been at Arlington South Veterinary Hospital since 2006. She was the first Fear Free Certified veterinarian in both Arlington and Mansfield. Dr. Mason enjoys all aspects of being a general practitioner from the first-time puppy/kitten visit to managing the aging pet.  Her passion is educating owners on how to care for their pets and making sure they understand the ‘how’ and the ‘why’. Outside of work Dr. Mason enjoys spending time with her husband and son, being outdoors, fishing, and going to see a good movie.  Their house is shared by 2 dogs; Cherry and Ivy and 3 cats; Jade, Cedar and Gracie.

Jasmine Jackson, DVM

Dr. Jasmine Jackson was born in Louisiana and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Animal Science and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. Whoop! She completed her veterinary medicine studies at Purdue University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school, she returned home to the Dallas-Fort Worth area to practice veterinary medicine. She holds a special interest in veterinary public health, internal medicine, pain management, and emergency and critical care medicine. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, being a foodie, traveling, and reading. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her fur babies, a Miniature Schnauzer mixed breed dog named Bailey and a longhair orange tabby cat named Ollie.
